President’s Cup began in 2009 and it is exciting 8-Ball pool competition.

Polish Club Sikorski and Polonia WA invite you to join us in celebrating the

101 years of Poland`s Regained Independence

At the Sikorski Club on Saturday 9 November 2019.
We will commemorate those who sacrificed their lives for our country and celebrate Poland’s regained independence.
Let’s make it white and red day!
Come along wearing something white or red, or both!
This family event is entry free and starts at 3 PM through till 10 PM.
Official opening and Special Entertainment is planned at around 5 PM. Everybody is invited, so bring your family and friends, there will be entertainment for all ages. Dancing, raffle, bouncing castle for the kids and special performances by the Polish Folkloric Dance Group Kukułeczka!
Enjoy a selection of traditional Polish food:
Sausage sizzle, hunter’s stew, dumplings, tripe soup, and more. Plus a selection of mouth-watering Polish sweets, cakes and tea and coffee .
Licenced Bar will also be open with a great selection of Polish and European beers.

If you are after a night of live music, dancing, great food and a wide selection of imported and local Beers, come and join us at the Polish Club with Tropicalia Band.
It will be a rare event that will showcase our Afro -Cuban music style with the best of the beers in the OktoberFest – Latin Edition.
Dance a hot Salsa or as sensual Bachata with all the comfort of one of the largest dancing floors in Perth.
Starting from 7 PM to 1 am Tropicalia will bring to you a full show mixing live music, Brazilian Dancers, and much more.

General Sikorski Club invites you to the Traveler’s Club to meet Margaret the Watraba, a mountaineering from Perth, who is the only Polish woman, which twice stood at the apex of the world roof, Mount Everest. The first entry from the South was made on May 12, 2011, and from the north two years later on May 22, 2013.
On Saturday 5th October, we will have the opportunity to listen not only to the tales of Margaret Watraba about her mountaineering feats, but also about her current passion for cycling and traveling the world with her husband Tadeusz. We invite everyone. It will be a fascinating evening.

The Sikorski Club provides the venue for the big International event organised by Australian Dancing Board. This is a whole day event and entry is only with tickets. Tickets will be available to everyone.  Australian Dancing Board will have tickets on sale:
• Adults: $25
• Children (under 16):  $16
• Non-competitor Age Pensioner:  $10
Everybody is welcome to watch Indian – Pacific International Dance Festival, Sunday 22nd September 2019, commencing at 9:45AM.
Bar and restaurant will be open to all attendees, dancers and spectators from 12:30 to 5 PM.
Club members are welcome to visit Function Room.

The songs with good texts – sings Katarzyna Żak, 6 September 2019 at 7:30 PM 🗓

In General Sikorski Club, during the recital we will hear songs of great Polish poets and composers: Wojciech Młynarski, Agnieszka Osiecka, Jan Jakub Należyty.
Katarzyna Żak, famous actress and television celebrity will perform on Friday, September 6, at the Club. Showcasing for almost an hour and half recital titled “Songs with a good text.”
Katarzyna Żak is best known for her roles in the television series “The honeymooners” and “The Ranch”. But she played on many Theatre roles – performed in the Teatr Współczesny, Teatr Rampa, she also is associated with the Warsaw Comedy Theatre.  Not everyone knows that another of her passions is singing – Żak works with Wojciech Młynarski, and cabaret „Pod Egidą”. She produced records  „Młynarski-Jazz”, „Kolędy na cały rok” and „Bardzo przyjemnie jest żyć”.
The recital will contain songs of contemporary artists, Wojciech Młynarski, Agnieszka Osiecka, Jan Jakub Należyty. The audience can count on stories and anecdotes from the life of the actress, which will provide a lot of positive energy.

“Thief” is a comedy of one of the most popular British authors Eric Chappell, directed by Cezary Żak.
“Thief” is an all-star cast: Renata Dancewicz, Katarzyna Żak, Cezary Żak, Rafal Królikowski, Leszek Lichota, intelligent story and above all a lot of humor.
Imagine returning from a pleasant anniversary celebration to find that your house has been burgled. In this witty thriller, the culprit is still in the house and, for a while, he convinces the returning couples that he is a policeman. Unmasked as the thief, reveals that he knows a number of uncomfortable truths that disrupt two seemingly happy marriages and one formerly strong friendship.
