Commemorative Lunch in the Sikorski Club

The Anniversary of death of General Wladyslaw Sikorski, we commemorate with two events, firstly the Holy Mass (in Polish) for the soul of General in St. Anthony’s Church and then with a meeting at the Club and short historical and informative presentation followed by the lunch.
All are welcome. Club members are warmly invited.

General Sikorski Day is traditionally the occasion to award the most deserving volunteers working for the Club.
This year the Honorary Membership – the highest accolade awarded by the General Sikorski Polish Club was presented to:
– Mrs Celina Soszka
– Mr Zbigniew Soszka
Ms Celina Soszka is Club’s Bar Manager and a member of the Management Committee since 2013. Mr Zbigniew Soszka is a Treasurer and also a member of the Management Committee since 2013.
They both worked countless hours for the good of the Club and the community, their involvement in managing and overseeing Clubs activities was, and is extremely positive, they both showed leadership in the areas of their domain and made huge positive influence in the guiding the Club into the future.
