The exhibition ‘First to Fight’ about Poles on the frontlines of World War II will be open from 6.11.2020 – 20.11.2020. It was prepared by the Polish Roman Catholic Centre.

Please visit the exhibition on Fridays 6, 13 and 20 November from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM,

Saturday 7.11 from 15.00 to 22.00,

Sundays 8 and 15 November from 12:30 PM to 17:00 PM and on request.

Admission Free.

“Independence”

It is a film about regaining independence in 1918, the struggle to maintain it in the first years of the Second Republic and the construction of a new, independent Poland.

Directed by Krzysztof Talczewski, 2018, duration 87 min, in Polish language.

102 years of Poland`s Regained Independence

At the Sikorski Club on Saturday 7 November 2020.

We will commemorate those who sacrificed their lives for freedom and celebrate Poland’s regained independence.

Let’s make it white and red day!

Come along wearing something white or red, or both!

This family event is entry free and starts at 3 PM through till 10 PM.

Official opening and Special Entertainment are planned at around 4 PM.

In the Main Hall there will be an exhibition ‘First to fight’ (about Poles on all fronts of WW2) prepared by the Polish Roman Catholic Centre.

Everybody is invited, so bring your family and friends, there will be entertainment for all ages. Dancing, raffle, bouncing castle for the kids, craft corner and special performances by the Polish Folkloric Dance Group Kukułeczka!

Enjoy a selection of traditional Polish food:

Sausage sizzle, hunter’s stew, dumplings, tripe soup, and more. Plus, a selection of mouth-watering Polish sweets, cakes and tea and coffee.

Licenced Bar will also be open with a great selection of Polish and European beers.
