1. Start at 12:00 PM, verification of the numbers of members, quorum is required.
2. Opening of the AGM – President.
3. Election of the Chairman of the meeting, the Secretary, two assessors.
4. Reading from the last year AGM report – Secretary.
5. Reports by:
   • Treasurer.
   • Audit Committee.
   • President
6. Discussion on the reports.
7. Vote of acceptance of accounts of the outgoing Management Committee.
8. Proposals and ideas that can have an impact on the selection of new Management Committee.
9. Election of the President for 2025-2026
10. 15 minutes break, coffee,
11. Election of the Committee for 2025-2026 by upraised hands. Presides new President. Election of The Executive Committee:

• Two Vice-Presidents
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Bar Manager

12. Election of members of the Committee, Limited to 20. Positions to be allocated at the next Management Committee meeting:
13. Auditing Committee – 3 members
14. Plan of activities for 2025-2026 – upcoming President.

16. Closing of the AGM.
